Yes, we source all of our items through the official Pokemon Center Japan and Pokemon Center China stores/websites. We grab items not sold in stores (like the Banpresto prize plush) through various channels, but all are 100% officially licensed products.

Due to the very limited nature of certain releases, we will occasionally source popular products secondhand. Items will be thoroughly checked for new or like-new condition and with tags. Tagless or used items can occasionally be found on our other selling platforms like Mercari & Ebay!

No, at this time we're not actively taking pre-orders. There are a lot of variables when it comes to securing overseas merch that factor into this decision, but never say never. In the meantime, we encourage you to click the "notify when available" option and follow us on social media to be the 1st to know about new drops!

While we understand how adorable and awesome custom plush can be, at this time we do not import any custom plushies.

No, at this time we only operate online.

While we occasionally carry some non-plushie items in the shop, our main focus is plush toys. If there is a particular non-plush item you are looking for, feel free to contact us.

At this time we only ship within the United States, but we are actively looking to expand to new counties soon. Please send us an interest email with your request!

Yes, when possible. All orders when placed will provide an estimated ship-by date. If you need rushed orders, please contact us directly.

All items are already imported into the United States, so there are not additional customs duties you need to pay. They ship from North Carolina.

Japan and China often run limited time merchandise. Because of this, some items once out of stock are not re-stocked.

Because some campaigns are limited series or limited in terms of how many someone can buy, we may need to resort to resellers to obtain additional quantities.
