Wooper and other water-type Pokemon join the Kutsurogi (Relaxing) Time series! Relax with these adorable and laid-back Pokémon! They were only available for a limited run in Japan, by winning in the crane games.

Note: This is the Jan 2023 version, which has a string on the head to hang. There was a second release in Oct 2023 with the opposite eye shut and no string.
